Arts for Life
Arts for Life is a comprehensive visual art program that combines art concepts with core curriculum content. This program is designed to introduce students to a variety of tools and materials while giving them the opportunity to explore their creative talents in a safe,
non-threatening environment.
Arts for Life Programs include:
1. Art friends
Art Friends is a program designed to be held at schools, childhood centers, churches, after careproviders, senior centers, nursing homes, or other facilities, to provide a series of quality art sessions that inspire creativity, explore a variety of media, and develop an understanding of the power of art. All instructors are trained in effective teaching strategies and are experienced, highly qualified, certified art educators. Programs are designed to meet the needs of our participants and include art history, hands-on activities, ties to real world applications, and content connections.
Art will be displayed on Artsonia throughout the session. All materials are provided. Each program includes a Culminating Art Event.

2. Summer Sensational
Arts for Life�s Summer Sensational is a special series of theme based lessons designed to engage young learners in active, comprehensive, art centered units. Summer Sensational sessions are offered in age alike classes and are lead by Master Teachers assisted by a practicing educator. Each series of sessions includes interactive activities, theme based snacks, multiple hands-on projects and links to core curriculum content. Each series consist of four to five, two to three hour classes. Art will be displayed on Artsonia throughout the session. All materials are provided. 3. Arts for Life Adult Classes
Arts for Life is proud to offer a variety of special sessions for adult learners. Thorough our creative network, Arts for Life offers workshops lead by area artist�s who specialize in various creative arts and have the ability to share their expertise with students. These sessions are offered in single three hour sessions where participants leave with a finished piece of art. All materials are provided. 4.Special Events
