Lizzart Consulting

Hands on Learning Across The Curriculum

Philosophy

Today's classrooms hold many opportunities and challenges. Teachers must work to build successful partnerships which not only benefit their students but also the partnering groups. No longer can teachers close their classroom doors and teach the way they have been for so many years.

Teachers must work in collaboration with other educators, organizations, business partners, funders, parents, and their communities to insure that their students are able to thrive and succeed in the future.

"Teachers must work collaboratively to build partnerships to support student learning"

Teachers who develop outstanding communication skills are more apt to receive funding and support from local, state, and national groups. Planning for success is key to student gains and effective instruction. All students can learn if they are provided with classroom support and appropriate instructional materials and practices.
Students learn by doing. Lizzart consultants believe that teachers also benefit from a hands-on approach, so all professional development sessions include interactive hands-on activities. We also believe that teachers should leave training with the tools they need to implement their training.
